First, thanks for the post. I worked on this for quite a while yesterday and could not get the return (ATL-MIA-ORD-LAX) to work at all (was working these same dates in fact). The inventory is there but the pricing engine won't cooperate. Best I could do is ATL-MIA-LAX on the return (or ATL-DFW-LAX for much lower miles). Still not a bad run.
I just got a $291.20 to price out, A couple of tricks:
1. On AA multi-city make sure you select "Early Morning", "Noon", and then "Early Afternoon" for each of the respective legs there and back.
2. Where it says "choose a carrier" - you have to select "All Carriers". I don't think this has any implication on CPM as these are all American or AE metal flights. It is a weird nuance though.
