What does "Offer valid through August 31, 2014" mean?
I'm more of a hertz person, so need help figuring this out.

Want to jump on an Avis promotion on 7+ days, but one of the conditions says:

"Offer is valid now through August 31, 2014."

So if I rent a car on 8/30/2014 for 7 days, will it qualify under this promotion?
