We got a now discontinued version of the diaper dude when we were expecting our oldest (Who is now 5). it looked like a messenger bag, but had a built in wet wipe dispenser under the flap, the changing pad fit in the back and it had nifty zippered pockets you could get in on either end that held bottles. That part of the design I really liked as you didn't have to worry about bottle sweat or spills making a mess out of everything else.

I found it also worked wonderfully for the Indy 500 and other sporting events that let you carry in drinks and I've uses it a couple of times for trips to the pool, although it is tight if you are carrying a change of clothes.

That being said, I noticed that by the time my younger son got to be two, the diaper dude lived in my car trunk almost exclusively. A part of me wonders if I'd have been better off loading up another bag I would use more permanently.
