What's new? Honestly, SIA has obviously done too much to alienate its customers in Singapore. The prices are way above the competition when it is rock bottom in San Francisco or other originating cities other than Singapore.

I felt really sick to the core when I realised that a B fare paying pax from San Francisco was upgraded to Business ahead of me (Y fare). Then I took all my business ( at least 8 roundtrips to the US per year) to UA and NWA. I have never looked back.

I am now a happy Premex and a Plat Elite!
