Hey peeps!

Going on holiday next month!
I just have a quick question for everyone - and it's pertaining to arriving at LHR.. I will be arriving at 11 AM ish from Canada, at Terminal 2.. How long will it take to go through immigration checks and find my way to the Heathrow express train to central London? The reason I'm asking is because I want to book a tour that would pick me up at my hotel at 1 PM. I remember the line ups when I went to Italy weren't that bad... I was out of the airport in under half an hour.

I hold a regular Canadian passport. Can I pay to use fast track?
