Definitely no 'Emirates Lounge' sadly, and I believe the partner facility they use is known as the DAA Executive Lounge.

I happen to be flying out of Dublin myself early next year with EK, and based on all that I've heard (including your own negative comment !) this third party lounge is not the ideal way to begin a trip ......
