I've been to a few of them around the world.

The "business lounge" part is never really worth a visit, but they've helped me out in a pinch with printing documents and finding wi-fi. Beyond tea, coffee and apples, I can't recall any other food being served.

Also, if you're interested in city skyline photography, some Regus locations might come in handy for that.
