I rented from SJC airport on 6/29 and returned the car on 7/3. I had the weekly rate, but returned my car a few hours earlier which I believe may have changed the rate. In my past experience SJC hertz location would remove any promotional coupon applied and or charge me the daily rate. In this case they have done neither and have not closed out the contract.

I have called their airport location and left voicemails but have received no call back. I called their 800 number customer service line 3 times and each time they stated they would follow up with local airport manager but still I have not heard back or received a closed out statement.

In the past they have taken up to 3 weeks to close out my contract, but at this point I cannot wait any longer. It has been 6 weeks and not even a single reply or return phone call. Any ideas or suggestions on who I can call or e-mail to get this matter resolved?
