I was in the new business lounge as had a few friends flying elsewhere that i met up with before flight.

Lots of upgrades in front of me Y-J, person in front and I both upgraded J-F. Then plane was delayed for about 20mins as they offloaded bags for people who didn't show up, lucky the don't wait for boarding before upgrading!
