Noticed last week I randomly received the "Welcome to NYC" bonus skymiles for a flight I flew nowhere near NYC. Waited a few days and noticed Delta ended up correcting the issue and deducting the miles. Anyone else notice this?

I think Delta.com had a big promotion screw up last week on the website as I noticed several funky things happening around the promotions section of the Delta site.
