The lounge (which is also available to Amex Platinum and Centurion) is nothing special. It's narrow and long, there are some reasonably comfortable chairs, drinks, and a smattering of snacks -- sometimes decent, usually not. Things like potato chips, trail mix, etc. Spending hours there would seem like an eternity.
