On quick reading, this sounds like Boeing saying "Air rage is not our fault. Must be somebody elses'."

And as far as Bauer's comment about the Seattle Opera House seat sizes -- people do not "spend years" in them. They spend 60-75 minutes, get up for intermission, then go back for another 60-75 minutes, all the while enjoying whatever it was they came for. If he's suggesting that airlines start having live in-flight entertainment, like Phantom of the Opera, Robin Williams, or the local Symphonic Orchestra, then I'm all for it, especially if there's a 20 minute intermission. Otherwise, he's blowing smoke.
