Thanks for the link. I'm generally more worried about long flights so these CR7s and 319s get overlooked when I'm booking a connection to a 757 or 767. That said, I do think it is alarming that I am missing on Tu/We and Saturday afternoon.

I think it may be a function of very cheap F fares. Right now when I am searching I frequently see F fares RT from LAS to TPA/MCO for under $500 one-way. Searching a LAS-MSP flight the other day I saw F fares for under $300 OW.
