we have been offered a sandwich on the EU flights for my boy when he was on my lap (i think they have extra sandwiches and we never took them as he couldnt manage lumps).

Now when he has his own seat he gets offered the same sandwich. at least for EU flights, a kids option doesnt exist.

We always used to stick up with baby milk at boots in gatwick- i cant remember if they do baby food though, but they definitely do little bottles of cow and gate which was a godsend as i find the whole liquid dos and don'ts abit limiting.
