Due to being based at EDI I do use the LCC's a lot and with most of my travel being to continental Europe, when they have a direct flight available I will often take that instead of BA via LHR/LGW/LCY. As a lot of the routes are seasonal it means the bulk of my BA flying is between October and May.

I find both the Easyjet and Ryanair products fine, speedy boarding is enforced properly and generally I have no grumbles. Funnily enough my least favourite flight it the Cityjet RJ85 to Paris. Very cramped, indifferent crew, and dirty/smelly/old aircraft, always full, almost always a bus gate. Wish Easyjet would do more EDI - CDG runs.
