I was thinking about heading down to New Orleans for a few days. Are there any decent Marriott properties where I can use my cat 1-5 certificates? Most seem to be cat 6 or above. Saw a few lower but they seem kinda far out and I don't know the area. Would I need to rent a car? Is there public transit for the properties that are further away from french quarter?
