No way to otherwise specify a stopover for only one city in a flexible calendar search on a multi-connection itinerary?

E.g. Trying to do NYC-DFW-HKG-CGK and return, with stopover in HKG on the way there or back. Can do multi-city, but takes much more trial and error.
