The term used in USA domestic flights is (Domestic) First. The domestic First seats are different from economy (versus European bossiness is typically the same economy seats). They are wider and greater leg space. Also the service will include free alcoholic drinks and a wide FA to passagner ratio. The commuter / express flights domestic First is an improve seat on economy but a little tighter then mainline flights.
As far as food and entertainment, that is more variable.
