As I mentioned earlier, I'm looking at Asian brands that are not easily (or affordably) available in the US, and when I say "cosmetics", what I really mean is "skin care", which means larger volumes of liquids (eg BB Creams, toners, cleansers, sunscreen etc). Guess I'll just shop in town and check through....The vagueness is unsettling. I am a rule follower, but when I can't find out what the rules are, it makes life a little more difficult
