I haven't been departing TPE for a while. If the lounge is same as before, the F lounge is just a small room at the end of the lounge. There is nothing special except there are usually fewer people. You would miss much even if you cannot access the F lounge.
I can confirm that - it is just a small room. While there is some food in there, it is limited and you still have to come outside to the J section eg if you want to order from the noodle bar.
