Have you made sure that the name in the secure flight data field is exactly how it was on your application. The name on the reservation can be different slightly from what is in the secure flight data field. This is allowed since the SF data field must match exactly - no extra spaces, if a full middle name on application, then a full middle name, if a middle initial then a initial only, etc. It sounds like this is most probably your problem.
As I said I above, I double and triple checked with the airline.That wasn't the problem.
Had two flights since then. Before each flight I called again to make sure everything was accurate and KTN was there, still nothing. Then this week had another flight but didn't bother checking as I pretty much gave up thinking it was a lost cause. Low and behold, it appeared on outbound and return flight. Have no clue what happened.
Have another flight on Monday, so we'll see.
