Does anyone know if the DT Al Barsha will have "shuttle" to HH properties with beach?

At the moment I booked 4 nights at DT Al Barsha and 1 night a Hilton Creek
I will be staying at DT Al Barsha for Labor Day weekend, next to the mall, so I can check off Ski Dubai in my list of things to do. It says there is complimentary shuttle to the mall; it looks like it's within walking distance but I've read that roads are not pedestrian-friendly.
