This is not a request for 'guarantee of xx allergen free' but rather a request for the SD to have a printout from catering of all the ingredients used in each meal choice (esp sauces and garnishes). This would allow the allergic to make a more informed decision and eliminate the 20 question game with the SD of 'what is that green/brown/lumpy thing'. The meal rotation does not seem to cycle so frequently that this would be a burden.
