At least two C-32s (the 757 variant used as AF2) exist. I've seen both parked side by side at Jackson Hole (WY) airport when Dick Cheney was VP. He lived there at the time, and probably still does, given the restricted airspace below his house.

I haven't had a mechanical cancellation on a 757 in a long time, maybe a year or so, and I fly them four days a week.
