HBO Fares Not Upgradable
Other option is that BA are not now offering AUPs on HBO fares as a prelude to reprogramming the computer not to offer POUGs on HBOs either.

There seems to be much evidence that BA are limiting both AUPs and POUGs now. Reason is either market for premium cabins picking up or AUPs/POUGs impacting on normal CE sales (or of course both).
