They're going to paris. I don't particularly want them spending the whole day in the lounge or in the station but with check out timings there isn't much choice.
What is the lounge like, is there anything to eat or drink there and any form oif entertainment like a tv?
Lounge is okay with wine, some spirits, beer, water and soft drinks. Food is primarily snacks but croissants etc... in the morning and similar around lunch I guess (I use it either morning or evening, so unsure about lunch). Free newspapers and a good selection of magazines, must say I've never registered any TVs except one or two broadcasting the news (and not really in a location where you could change channels).
If I were you, and you've not done so, I would e-mail the hotel and ask for a late check-out, seems more convenient than hanging out in the lounge.
