Final update: HKG-SFO miles posted (one day later than KUL-HKG, which makes sense given that it was technically flown a day later at 00:30) without having to call. So I am now 7.5k miles closer to GO renewal

Anyways, kudos to CX for everything crediting the way I wanted!
