I think if you prevent google from remembering your search history, it won't show up. https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/465?hl=en

I'm sure google knows my reservations, but it doesn't show up on Google Maps. Of course, all the google ads that show up on websites (if i have ....... off) show the various airports I searched on Google Flights.
