Opposite domestic travel, Sat is the biggest day at Intl@ORD (domestic, it is very slow in the afternoon.) This becomes much worse in the summer with weekend flying being added to multiple beach destinations. Nov isn't near as bad, and the evening is far better than afternoon.

What country issued your passport? US, no issues, ESTA if not 1st time, also fast. Visa or 1st time ESTA can be very slow immigration lines during peak times. I'm going to assume US passport if SFO is home.
