I've once been seated next to a lady (in her late 40s or 50s) who was VERY anxious to fly. There was hail while on the ground, heavy rain while starting, and when we landed, we made a touch-and-start again.. (touch and go) needless to say, she grabbed my hand and never let it go.. I didn't said a word, sometimes when you're scared there will be a different interpretation of what's right and what's wrong.. it might be that the Steward got too close, it might be that the woman couldn't really differentiate from "taking care" and "sexual assault"..
