Try calling Iberia and asking them to find your booking using your ticket number (rather than PNR), name, flight number, and date of travel. Then ask them for the PNR in their system and carry this with you when you travel. Try finding the itinerary yourself on the IB website with the IB PNR and print the result to also carry with you.
