I have Arrival+ and USAir. US CL was 2x Arrival+ CL, and I use Arrival way more and plan to keep it after the fee. I called main support with another question one evening (after credit analysts are closed), and also asked if I could move half of the US CL over the the Arrival. The CSR said I'd have to call back tomorrow to get an analyst but that she'd put a note in my file. Couple days later, I find that my Arrival+ CL has been doubled, they didn't take anything off my US CL, AND no hard inquiry. May have been a mistake but I'll take the extra credit without a hard pull.
