Wonder if DL will add the agreement to SKB as well, since they only have 1x Sat service to there, and not all year.
I flew MSP-SJU-STX RT in May, with SJU-STX legs on Seabourne. Bags were efficiently interlined. They didn't charge an additional fee on the outbound, but did charge the $25 bag fee on the return. The Seabourne agent in STX said they should have charged me both times. I suspect that because the outbound started on DL metal the MSP agent treated me like a PM for the whole trip (no fee), but when I started at a Seabourne check-in they could charge me.
