Data point: response after 25 hours. Price on agoda.com remains $100 cheaper than Hyatt. The e-mail denied the claim based on the fact that the price on Hyatt's website was cheaper (it isn't) and stated there was no screenshot (even though I attached one). It did include a direct e-mail to the agent to which I responded and attached the screenshot.
I haven't had a screenshot go through the form successfully. I always have to email. I think I usually submit png, I may try jpeg or even pdf to see if that's the key, or perhaps switch from Chrome to IE (ugh)
