Interesting. I don't think you are violating anything since you bought your tickets through Opodo and can, reasonably, claim ignorance given what you intended to book. I'm surprised Opodo does this (is the company not owned by various airlines?) In the grand scheme of things, as has been discussed here a million times, no one is going to notice or care that you don't board the second flight you never wanted in the first place.
