Can anyone point to a link which substantiates this? The BA trade site still explicitly says that a mixed carrer itin may not be upgraded. If the change only applies to bookings made with BA then it obviously means that upgrading to I/A on a TA booking is a non-starter if the itin includes non-BA segments.
