A quiet cabin is part of the CE product offer and a queue of ET passengers immediately next to me is not my idea of a peaceful, relaxing space!

Where is a quiet cabin part of the service offering?

The section entitled "calm and tranquility" on BA.com refers only to the lounge ground experience.
OK. On BA.com it says "more personal space and privacy". I have never had anyone leaning on my armrest from the aisle and commenting on how lucky I am in ET.

I would say that is far from private and an invasion of my personal space.
