Yes, I know, I'm an American and I'm uptight. I'm actually embarrassed if there's full-on nudity on my screen on the plane.
The Game of Thrones series on a European airline in coach just wouldn't be the same as the same episode if watched on an American airline in coach -- speaking of the airlines' video IFE at each seat.
While the movies shown as part of the airlines' personal TV IFE usually have some references about content before they start, I'm not sure the same is as frequently true for TV series' episodes shown on planes. If I was seated next to a young child, I would probably try to make my own divider, angle the screen, dim the screen brightness and/or perhaps change what I watch, depending on the circumstances. Why? [Not because I think some content is unsuitable for some audiences -- even as I do think so (e.g., human copulation scenes in Game of Thrones aren't my idea of what is suitable for all).] It's because I'm not required to share what I watch with others, I'll exercise my discretion in how I do or do not share my PTV viewing interests/habits.
