It's a question that crops up here regularly. The answer is always the same - the potential revenue of the tag service doesn't come anywhere near the horrendous costs of providing the service.
Ignore the fuel costs, navigation fees and landing charges, cyclical and time-based maintenance costs etc etc, and focus on just the expense of keeping a full A380 crew in Singapore to fly to Jakarta and back everyday.
And then look at SIN CGK fares and competition on the route.
