WM finally did get back to me and said that the problem has been escalated to another group. Oddly, they never asked me anything beyond my initial e-mail describing the problem so I don't know what/how they are going to address the fact that the app just won't run on my phone (Samsung Mega).

Thanks for the feedback. It probably makes more sense to renew with TripIt (or perhaps go with the free version - I have to figure out if Pro features really matter to me). I find the alerts redundant with other sources so that's not motivating.

As I said, I find the interface a little busy and, also, I don't like that when it opens, it features a specific entry in my itinerary but it does not do a good job of figuring out what matters most. Too often, the entry is a past event and what I really want to see is another entry in the trip. Frankly, they are doing too much - I would rather they just display a list of entries for the trip I am in. Then, I can open my flight, car, hotel... As it stands now, they show a specific entry which is wrong and that forces me to go up a level and look for the correct entry - moreover, the one entry takes up a small amount of screen real estate and I have a lot of empty space - why not the app open into the list? Bad design and an extra layer that is not needed.

Right now, I am on a trip and it opens to tell me that I need to check out tomorrow AM. frankly - that's not an important event and I need little to no info from an app to check out of my hotel. I am much more likely to want to look at my flight - time, etc. It's fine to want to make your app smart but if what it serves up is stupid why create more complexity.

OK - sorry for my rant. And most importantly, thanks for the detailed feedback on WM, it certainly helps in understanding what the alternative really provides.
