I have actually done a lot of research on line before I heard of Flyertalk. I just thought there may be some more knowledge out there I was unaware of, and clearly that is true !
Flights originating from Australia are invariably more expensive than the same round trip originating from the UK or USA. Currently the cheapest trip I have is AUS $1804, this has increase by $220 over the past 4 - 6 weeks.
