What are loads like on this FRA-SIN-FRA route anyway? Are Lufthansa performing well, or least as well as SQ on the same route with the same machinery?

Apart from BA and AF at JNB, I cannot see a European airline having such a long a layover with their A380s than Lufthansa at SIN.
Do you think that people want to spend a couple of hours circling FRA until it is open for landings?

Seriously, do people really think that LH doesn't want to maximize utilization of its aircraft?
