I saw this on twitter (Jon Hamm and Matt Lauer on AA A321 first class) and it got me wondering if UA is realizing removing first class on PS is a mistake? AA seems to be getting some very good press about its first class service with the media etc. There is a certain class of passenger who fly LAX-JFK who will most likely be choosing AA over UA every-time.
