Have never done so at Duluth, but I flew out of YHM last year during an air show. There was no delay whatsoever - they put the show on hold for a few minutes to allow breaks for commercial traffic. I assume Duluth would do the same.

What was a bit strange was taxiing past several thousand people camped out at the edge of the taxiways, all of them waving like mad. For a moment, it felt like being a rock star!
