The (two?) German FF sites would include some offers for the EU in general. I suspect that they also cover Austria as they use the German language.

If the OP uses Austrian Airlines (flights now operated by another entity IIRC), they're in the LH group and M&M, so that some offers for LH and LX would apply. There's a blog (I forget the name but not on Boarding Area--look for pictures of rubber duckies from the LH FCT in FRA) run by a guy in Michigan who specializes in Lufthansa (and posts on MP) but I'm not sure how good the coverage would be for offers applicable to German/Austrian residents.
