It is not really UA, it is CS. The island hopper operation is operated by ex-CS crew and ex-CS planes, so logically everything will be come out of the ex-CS base in GUM. Neither sUA or sCO can supply any parts or pilot to sCS.
You do know that they all have separate contracts and can't crossover with each other right ?
The former Micronesia operation has long used Continental pilots for its operation. In fact, for the Island Hopper, CLE crews were/are often used.
For the flight attendants, it's a mix of CO and CS crews.
The operating certificates of Micronesia and Continental were combined shortly after the merger, so no complications from a MX standpoint.
