The former Micronesia operation has long used Continental pilots for its operation. In fact, for the Island Hopper, CLE crews were/are often used.

For the flight attendants, it's a mix of CO and CS crews.

The operating certificates of Micronesia and Continental were combined shortly after the merger, so no complications from a MX standpoint.
