No - in that case, the jet bridge collapsed while being backed off the aircraft. It was a two-jetbridge gate, and the other jetbridge was still adjacent to the aircraft with the door open. The collapse took down both jetbridges, including the one with the open aircraft door, thus taking out the door with it as it went down. But this had nothing to do with movement of the aircraft.
Seems to be a recurring problem at HKG.
... except that it wasn't the same problem, nor same airport (someone else already pointed out that this week's accident was at DFW on a HKG-bound aircraft, not at HKG).
