Is it saying you are not checked in or are you just seeing the option to check in on the app? If the latter that is normal (it is the only way to get a new BP if you change your seat assignments after the initial check-in).
You can verify if you are checked in correctly by going to your receipt. The status should say CHKIN if you are properly checked in.
Thanks. It's the latter, so it sounds like I'm checked in, particularly since it did send me the link for my e-boarding pass.
MSP, I thought about giving them a call, but it's pouring on the east coast and they're cancelling flights left and right. No need to tie up their phone lines for this, since I'll have plenty of time at the airport, anyway.
