Over the last week or so I've noticed that when I open up Flyertalk a couple of adverts begin running. They are video adverts and you have to find them to stop/pause/mute.

I'm sure I'm not alone in working in a serious business environment and it is not very professional to have these blaring out (I cannot mute PC as various squawk services come through it)

Is this a new long term arrangement for FT? Is there a way to opt out or disable them?
