Is anyone having problems logging onto JMB?

I am able to log into my account but when I click on "DETAILS" to check my mileage balance, it asks me to reenter my membership number and pin. Everything works up to that point, and then it asked for my birthday. When I enter my birthday, it just goes back to the screen that asks for my membership number and pin.

Anyone else experience issues?
